From the Golden Gems of Penmanship and Self Instructor, 1894. This author has way overestimated my penmanship skills.

  1. 2 things, if I may..

    1. I have no idea how I hadn't found this site until now. Maybe as time goes by I'm less obsessed with navel-gazing in relation to inbound linking. I *am*, however, happy to have found your wonderful house!

    2. With respect to this particular (lovely) post, I was surprised to not find "IAMPETH" on a search of your blog. I hope and trust you are acquainted with their stock of available books? If not, welcome to the candy factory.

    Cheers!

  2. Thanks for the kind words Paul!

I am delighted you have found Letterology and welcome you, as I am a long-time fan of The BibliO—the closest thing there is to an archeaological digital dig. Letterology is still in it's infancy, but it is certainly nice to have your endorsement.

Yes, I am familiar with Iampeth and agree it is an embarrassment of riches. It's time I wander their archives again soon. Thanks for the mention and again for the very kind acknowledgements!
